Ingredients:
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup whole milk
1 large egg
1/2 cup fresh spinach
Garnish Toppings:
Cherry tomatoes-diced
Avocados-diced
Lime- squeezed on avocados
Parmesan cheese-grated or shred
Instructions:
Blend the flour, milk, egg and spinach in a blender until smooth.
Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle and prep the toppings to garnish the pancake.
After prepping the vegetables and cheese, heat up griddle and squeeze some batter to make pancakes on the griddle.
