Kale Chips


Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt


Instructions:

Preheat an oven to 300 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parch-

ment paper.

With your hands, carefully remove the leaves from the thick

stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry

kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil, massage into leaves and sprinkle

with seasoning salt.

Place kale on cookie sheet in one layer and bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 15 to 20 minutes.
